Yes, we offer free resizing up to two sizes for all products in the Bridal line. Please note that your ring cannot be exchanged once it has been resized. Please contact us personally if you need a size adjustment.

Yes, we offer free engraving for all Bridal line products. Please contact us personally for this. Please note that engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged.

As a rule, we make our jewelry by hand within 4-6 weeks. Please note that there may be longer waiting times at certain times of the year, such as in the run-up to Christmas. We therefore always recommend ordering rings at least two months in advance.

We offer free face-to-face appointments either in-store or virtually. Simply book your appointment via our website. We look forward to hearing from you!

Shipping

Jewelry that we have in stock will be shipped within two working days of receipt of your order. Products that are not in stock will reach you after 4-6 weeks.

In the order confirmation email, you will receive a delivery window for your order. As soon as your piece of jewelry leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can easily track your package. If you have any further questions, please contact us personally.

Our parcels are delivered by DHL Paket and DHL Express. For international shipments, we use UPS. We always choose CO2-neutral shipping.

The regular delivery time for jewelry in stock depends on your country of order. Here are a few general estimates:

- Germany: 2-3 working days

- EU: 2-4 working days

- USA: 6-8 working days

- Canada: 6-8 working days

- Africa, Asia, Oceania: 14-19 working days

Pieces of jewelry that we do not have in stock take approx. 4-6 weeks to be handmade for you.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders in stock and on backorder. This excludes bridal and custom jewelry. However, we are happy to assist you with alterations to products. Please note that we cannot accept items that are not in new condition, for example if they are worn or scratched. Please use our portal for returns.

After receiving your return, we will check it carefully and refund your payment to the original payment method used within a few working days.

You can return damaged pieces of jewelry to us via our returns portal. We will check the product and, depending on the degree of damage, offer you a repair or a new product.
