The goods can be returned if given in the same condition (Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received).
Products can only be exchanged within 14 working days from the date of invoice provided the original receipt is intact. Damaged and personalised/engraved products will not be taken back unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Our plating is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If it chips naturally before one year from purchase date, then we will replace it at our cost. Please note we need to physically audit the piece before any replacement can be deemed valid.
All returns must be made via DHL. There is a return slip that is provided in all shipments and must be used for all returns.
All products that were purchased on sale cannot be returned unless stipulated otherwise during the sale or unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The process for returns will be initiated 14 working days after receipt of the product. All returns will be refunded, in full, if they meet the terms and conditions stipulated.
Processed orders can only be cancelled if we are notified 48 hours prior to dispatch. All communication regarding cancellation should be emailed to email@example.com quoting the order reference number and product name in the subject. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
