Gold und all seine Facetten

At Pukka Berlin, you can have elegant wedding rings made and purchased exactly according to your ideas. The design and choice of material is entirely up to you. You can choose wedding rings in 14k or 18k white gold, rose gold and classic yellow gold. We differentiate between 585 gold, in which 58.5% pure gold is integrated into the piece of jewelry, and 750 gold. The latter consists of 75% pure gold and is therefore slightly more expensive due to the higher gold content. These consist of different metals. Yellow gold is a mixture of fine gold, silver and copper, which gives it its warm color. Rose gold also consists of these precious metals, but has a higher copper content for the reddish hue. White gold is a mixture of palladium or rhodium with fine gold to lighten the golden color. All our gold products are 100% recycled. Each piece of jewelry is strengthened by this alloy, as otherwise the material would be too soft to wear. As gold is a very soft material, it is not sold in a completely pure state. If the gold were not alloyed, scratches would appear much more quickly and the jewelry would no longer be as stable. The alloys make rings in particular, which are used on a daily basis, very robust and durable.

Eheringe aus Gold lassen sich einfach kombinieren

Gold wedding rings can be wonderfully combined with diamonds, among other things. Every size and shape of diamond can be adapted to your wedding ring so that your ring fits you perfectly. You can choose the clarity, carat size, color and cut yourself and, of course, decide how many stones you want to set on your wedding rings and which setting they should have. A popular setting for wedding rings in gold, for example, is the prong setting. With our bridal line, you can also decide for yourself whether you want to use natural diamonds or stones from the laboratory. The only difference here is the origin of the gemstones, as both variants are identical in terms of structure. If you don't want a stone setting on your high-quality wedding rings, you can of course also have them made by us in a simpler design. We also offer free engraving to personalize your wedding rings. Whether it's a special date, your names or other meaningful words, at Pukka Berlin we can fulfill any of your design wishes. The choice between 585 and 750 gold can sometimes be very difficult. We would be happy to advise you on your wedding rings in a free consultation at our store or online. Overall, wedding rings in gold can be integrated very well into many outfits and give your look a special touch.

What are the usual prices for gold wedding rings?

There is no specific price for our high-quality wedding rings. Depending on the stone setting, color and special features, the price of a ring can vary significantly. The higher the number of carats, the more expensive the ring will be.

What do the numbers on the gold jewelry mean?

These numbers indicate the purity of the gold. 333 gold, for example, consists of only 33.3% gold, while 585 gold consists of 58.5% gold and is 14 carats.

Is gold alloying really necessary?

Yes, gold alloys are necessary to make jewelry more robust. Moreover, without alloys, it would quickly show scratches and wear out quickly. In addition, the alloys offer the possibility of offering wedding rings in different colours.

Why should I choose a gold ring when platinum is more stable?

Even though platinum is more stable, there are a few reasons to choose a gold ring. For one thing, gold rings can have more colors, while platinum always has a silver-grey undertone. Furthermore, platinum is heavier than gold, which can make it less comfortable to wear. In addition, platinum is in most cases more expensive than gold, as it has a higher market value.

Can I also buy my wedding rings online?

Yes, you can also buy your jewelry online on our website. However, we are happy to offer you a consultation to help you find the perfect ring for you and possibly even personalize it.
