In the first step, we try to understand what you want. We then discuss your design with you and agree the key parameters with you. If it is an individual design, we will send you a technical drawing in the next step. After your confirmation, your piece of jewelry will be sent to production, where we will handcraft your piece of jewelry in approx. 4-6 weeks. As an alternative to the full price, you can also pay 50% in advance during the ordering process, and the rest on collection or before delivery. Delivery in Germany is free of charge.

Our aim is to produce sustainable, fair and personal jewelry that is also affordable. Following this maxim, unlike many others, we produce our own jewelry, which gives us control over our processes. Find out more about us.

A few general questions would be important for us: what ring size is required (if the ring is not for you), what color should the piece of jewelry be, what design direction should it take. The answers will help you to get closer to your desired design.

We manufacture by hand in our manufactory in Bombay under the direction of Aalay, one of the two co-founders who still run Pukka Berlin today.
