Shipping method
We offer both DHL standard and express delivery options to all countries globally where DHL delivers goods to.
Terms and conditions for shipping remain as per DHL’s policy. DHL reserve the right to open and inspect the shipment at their sole discretion.
Shipment processing time
All orders that are in stock will be processed within 3-5 working days after receipt of order and order confirmation.
We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
We will inform you of any delays or missing products if these are not specified on our website.
- All products that are not in stock will be shipped within 5-7 weeks upon order receipt and confirmation.
- We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays.
- We will inform you of any delays or unavailabilities of products if not stated on our website.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Our products usually reach you within 2-3 working days after shipping confirmation.
International shipping rates will be displayed during checkout and are custom to the rates of DHL Paket. The time of delivery depends upon location and can be checked based on DHL delivery times.
The product price quoted here on our website is net off shipping. The cost of shipping will be ascertained upon checkout depending on the location of your delivery and on the shipping method selected by you.
All shipping prices are determined solely by DHL according to the weight of the shipment and consistent with their pricing policy.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive shipping information and a tracking number after your order is complete and processed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Pukka Berlin GmbH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Pukka Berlin GmbH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us through service@pukkaberlin.com.
