1. determine ring size
The fit of your ring determines how comfortable it is in everyday life. A size that is too tight can quickly pinch, while one that is too loose can slip or even get lost. To determine the right size, you can use a well-fitting ring that you already own as a template and compare it to a ring gauge. In our store, we also provide measuring instruments that you can use to easily determine your exact size. Also bear in mind that fingers change over the course of the day and at different temperatures - so ideally plan a measurement in the afternoon at normal room temperature.

2. material selection
Not all precious metals are the same - and it not only influences the look, but also the durability of your rings. Gold in yellow, white or rose tones is classically popular, while platinum is prized for its extreme durability and elegant, cool silver finish.
We work with recycled 14k and 18k gold. The carat number indicates the pure gold content. 14k has a gold content of 58.5% while 18k is 75%. For platinum, we use 950 platinum.
When making your choice, think about what you want to wear every day, how metallic tones suit your style and whether you want a ring to harmonize with other pieces of jewelry later on.

3. grinding selection
The cut of a gemstone has a significant influence on how much it sparkles and how it looks. Classic cuts such as brilliant or princess radiate timeless elegance, while drop -, oval - or emerald shapes set individual accents. Each shape has its own character, round sparkles particularly strongly, while elongated cuts can visually elongate the fingers.

4. sockets
The setting holds the stone securely and also determines the style of the ring. While some allow a lot of light to reach the diamond, creating maximum sparkle, others surround the stone and are therefore particularly robust.
- Prong setting sets the stone with 3-6 prongs
- Bezel setting is very secure and encloses the stone completely
- Tension setting makes the stone appear to float

5. engraving
An engraving transforms a ring into an emotional piece of jewelry. Whether it's the wedding date, your initials, a meaningful word or even a small symbol, many couples choose messages that reflect their story. Engravings are added to the inside of the ring and give each piece of jewelry a very personal meaning. Allow plenty of time for custom engraving, as some fonts or characters require more effort than others.

6. WEDDING RINGS WITH AND WITHOUT DIAMONDS
Wedding rings can be simple or designed with sparkling stones - and both have their appeal. Rings without a stone look puristic, elegant and particularly suitable for everyday wear. Models with diamonds or gemstones set visual accents and can symbolize your future together. Whether individual stones, small pavé accents or a complete eternity ring- think about how much sparkle you like in everyday life and whether the wedding ring should later stand next to the engagement ring.

7. combine wedding and engagement ring
Many couples want their two rings to match harmoniously. This is best achieved when the metal color, ring width or design features are coordinated. An engagement ring with a sparkling gemstone can be complemented by a simple, elegant wedding ring or wedding bandwith a subtle row of diamonds or similar lines. Alternatively, a contrasting yet harmonious look can be created if both rings have deliberately different characters. Make sure that the rings do not touch or "catch" each other when worn, but lie comfortably together.
