Sustainable lab diamonds: Gemstones of a special kind

After the base of your gold piercing has been handcrafted in our own manufactory in Bombay, it's time for the diamond setting. For this, we use lab diamonds, which, unlike natural diamonds, are not extracted from mines but are cultivated in the laboratory within 14 days. This is done with the help of a natural diamond seed, which means that in the end there is no visual or physical difference to its natural counterpart. In addition, lab diamonds usually shine brighter than natural diamonds due to their controlled creation and are even cheaper. At Pukka Berlin, lab diamonds are also cultivated in a CO2-neutral way, making them a sustainable alternative to natural diamonds and providing greater transparency with regard to their origin.
