Personalized necklaces

Normally, personalized pieces of jewelry can only rarely be resized free of charge. You can see in the product details of the respective product whether resizing is still possible.

For long-lasting enjoyment, we recommend that you take off all jewellery when showering, taking a long bath or in the spa area. This will prevent the jewellery from tarnishing and losing its shine. Also, do not put on jewellery until after you have applied cream or perfume, as their ingredients age the material more quickly. Polish your product with a soft microfibre cloth from time to time to give it a new shine and glamour.

Pukka Berlin jewellery can be personalised either by booking an appointment in person or online via our product selection. You have various options to choose from for the corresponding products. Your personalised necklace will only go into production upon your order and will therefore take longer to deliver. For individually handmade pieces of jewellery you should allow approx. 4 to 7 weeks for production and delivery. Please let us know if you have a specific deadline.
