12-18 months before the wedding: vision & location

The first step: dreaming together.
What do you want as a couple? A free wedding ceremony in the countryside, an elegant celebration in the city or barefoot on the beach? As the bride and groom, you should definitely discuss these factors to make your dream wedding possible. Pukka tip: In Mumbai, where part of our jewelry production takes place, weddings last up to seven days! With dance nights, mehndi ceremonies and lots of gold jewelry. Now it's getting concrete. As soon as the location is finalized, the save-the-dates can go out. Important steps:

• Find a wedding dress (yes, this early!)

The look for the day is taking shape. Time for dress fittings, suit selection and of course - your wedding jewelry.

3-6 months before: fine-tuning & attention to detail

Now it's time to get down to business:

• Finalize the menu
• Writing the daily schedule
• Design seating plan
• Book trial styling & make-up
• Finalize stationery (invitations, menu cards, etc.)

Tradition from Mumbai: In many Indian weddings, the bride and groom don't just get one outfit, but several. Colors, fabrics and jewelry are coordinated for each ceremony. This playful approach to tradition and style is something that also flows into our designs.

2-1 month before: The final steps
