In the first step, we try to understand what you want. We then discuss your design with you and agree the key parameters with you. If it is an individual design, we will send you a technical drawing in the next step. After your confirmation, your piece of jewelry will be sent to production, where we will handcraft your piece of jewelry in approx. 4-6 weeks. As an alternative to the full price, you can also pay 50% in advance during the order process, and the rest when you collect your piece or before delivery. Delivery in Germany is free of charge.

Our experts will be happy to help you with your level of knowledge, whether you don't know what you want or want your own very specific ring design. Of course, we are happy if you already have a few ideas. A few general questions were particularly important for us: what ring size do you need (if the ring is not for yourself), what color should the piece of jewelry be, what design direction should it take? The answers will help you to get closer to your desired design.

We manufacture by hand in our factory in Bombay under the direction of Aalay, one of the two co-founders who still run Pukka Berlin today. Sustainability (e.g. 100% recycled gold and CO2 neutral lab diamonds), fair production and prices, as well as personalized jewelry are particularly important to us. Learn more about our production.
